The Home Instructor's Guide 6B is written as a guide for instructors using Primary Mathematics when teaching one student or a small group of students. It contains notes to the instructor, answers to the textbook learning tasks, practices, and reviews, answers and solutions to the workbook exercises and reviews, and optional activities, games and discussions to use in presenting the concepts. The pages in the appendix may be reproduced for individual use. A suggested schedule is included, using textbook practices and reviews for review rather than as they appear in the textbook.
This guide is divided into sections. Each section can be considered a lesson and may contain:
concepts being taught in that section notes to the instructor activities using manipulatives discussion questions or other activities pertinent to the concepts being learned suggested games to reinforce concepts corresponding coursebook pages and learning tasks for the lesson, to be discussed with the student answers to the learning tasks answers to the corresponding workbook exercises solutions to most textbook and workbook problems
