Returns Policy (Important: please read)
Please report damage within 72 hours. Retain all original packaging including bar codes. Returns on undamaged parcels accepted within 10 days only. CDs, cassettes & videos can not be accepted for return unless damaged. All returns require an authorisation number and are less postage plus a 10% restocking fee. You need to provide a reason for the return. Goods must be recieved back in resalable condition so please package securely. Any damage will be deducted from the refund. It is our policy only to accept any goods for return with prior authorisation.
